The library collection is growing rapidly. At present, the library has about 17876 books of 5734 titles and 784 audiovisual materials. It subscribes to a good number of local & foreign daily newspapers and magazines. It also subscribes to more than 100 national and international research journals and reports. Besides, there is a facility for accessing and downloading about 36470 online journals and 22200 eBooks through 44 databases published by various internationally reputed publishers. It is enriched with valuable reference materials such as journals, magazines, newspapers, atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias, almanacs, internship reports, theses, business plans, annual reports, survey reports, census reports, country reports, statistical yearbooks, and other publications. In addition, we have a large number of books on the liberation war, Bangladesh studies, history, language & literature, cultural and Islamic collections, etc. The library is fully web-based and automated by the KOHA Integrated Library Management System and Drupal CMS. Moreover, we have a digital institutional repository containing eBooks, journal-1935 copies, newsletters, internship reports, thesis papers, images, audio, video & news clippings developed by Greenstone Digital Library Software where all the publications and research works of the university are being published. The EU Digital Institutional Repository is registered with two internationally recognized open access directories, like the Directory of Open Access Repositories (Open DOAR) and the Registry of Open Access Repositories (ROAR).

The collection of the EU Library serves academic programs in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), MA in English Language Teaching (ELT), Bachelor of Arts in English (BAE), MA in English Language & Literature (ELL), Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm), and B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
